Returns :

Our Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns should be initiated by sending an email to us on vyinkreturns@gmail.com. kindly mention your order number in the subject line.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the products are unused and in same condition that your received them in.

If you received damaged products, please take an image and attach it with your mail.

To complete your returns we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not exchange any products bought online.

Refunds ( if applicable ) 

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you a notification email.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and duly processed back to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-12 banking days. If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider regarding the status.
